By purchasing from Galibu Memorials, you agree to the following terms.

Made to order: Every memorial is personalized and made to order in 5–7 business days. Production begins after we receive your photographs and your proof approval.

Proofs and approval: You will receive a digital proof of your memorial within 48 hours of submitting your photos. Please review and approve your proof, or request changes, within 24 hours so we can keep your order on schedule.

Your photos: By submitting photographs, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them.

Personalized items are final sale: Because each memorial is custom-made with your pet's photo and personalization, all sales are final. If your memorial arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will repair or replace it.

Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Pricing and payment: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
