Galibu Memorials (“we,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect: Your name, email address, and shipping address; your order details and the personalization text for your memorial; and the photographs you submit for your memorial. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card numbers.

How we use it: To create, personalize, and ship your memorial; to communicate with you about your order, proofs, and revisions; and to improve our website and services.

Cookies and analytics: Our website platform uses cookies and collects standard analytics data to keep the site running and understand visitor traffic.

Sharing: We share information only as needed to fulfill your order — with our payment processor and shipping carriers. We never sell your personal information.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through our Contact page.

Changes to this policy: We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
