  • Photos taken in good lighting with your pet clearly visible generally produce the best results. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering. We can edit the photo background upon request.

  • Yes. Most of our memorials can be personalized with your pet's name, dates, or a short custom message.

    We copy and paste exactly what is in the personalization box including capitalization and spelling so please double check before submitting!

  • Our memorials are crafted using furniture-grade plywood, museum-grade acrylic, premium hardware, and professional UV printing technology for exceptional durability and detail.

  • Every piece is individually crafted and assembled in our Illinois workshop using a combination of skilled craftsmanship, precision CNC technology, and professional UV printing.

  • Most orders are crafted and shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • Yes. We’ll send a digital design proof within 48 hours of receiving your order and photos. You’ll have 24 hours to approve the design or request any revisions.

    If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll consider the proof approved and begin creating your piece.

    Please review your proof carefully, including names, dates, spelling, and photo placement, before approving.

  • Absolutely. We create memorials for dogs, cats, and many other beloved companions.

  • Yes. Our memorials make thoughtful sympathy gifts for friends and family who have experienced the loss of a beloved pet. Please specify that it is a gift in the text box and ensure the delivery address is correct.

  • Because each memorial is custom-made with your pet's photo and personalization, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. If your memorial arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and we will repair or replace it.
